Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Peak Train, we strive to provide a seamless and effective coaching experience. However, we understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to modify or cancel your subscription or services. Please read the following policy carefully to understand your rights regarding cancellations and refunds.

1. Subscription Cancellations

Monthly Subscriptions: You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle. To cancel, visit your account settings and follow the cancellation instructions.
Annual Subscriptions: You may cancel your subscription at any time, but cancellations for annual subscriptions will only take effect at the end of the current annual period. No prorated refunds will be issued for the remaining months.

2. Refund Policy

Trial Periods: If you have signed up for a free trial, you can cancel at any point during the trial without any charges. Once the trial period ends and you are billed for the first time, our refund policies will apply.
Refunds for Monthly Subscriptions: We do not offer refunds for the current month after the subscription has been charged. You will continue to have access to Peak Train services until the end of the billing cycle.
Refunds for Annual Subscriptions: Refunds will not be issued for annual subscriptions once payment has been processed. However, if you are unsatisfied with our services within the first 7 days of your annual subscription, you may contact our support team for a full refund.
Exceptional Circumstances: Refunds for exceptional circumstances, such as medical reasons, may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our support team with relevant documentation for further assistance.

3. Session or Class Cancellations

If you have booked a one-on-one session or a class, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. If cancellations are made within this period, the session will be rescheduled at no additional charge.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session may be subject to a cancellation fee or loss of the session credit.
If Peak Train or your trainer needs to cancel the session, you will be notified as soon as possible, and the session will be rescheduled at no extra cost.

4. Processing Refunds

Refund requests will be processed within 7–10 business days of approval.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. If this method is no longer valid, please contact our support team to arrange an alternative refund method.

5. Changes to this Policy

Peak Train reserves the right to modify this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be updated on this page, and it is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.
